Printer is offline or not printing

    Quick checklist

    1. Confirm power and Ready status.
    2. Check paper, toner, and jams.
    3. Confirm same network/Wi‑Fi (or VPN if required).
    4. Print a Windows test page.
    5. Remove and re-add the printer if Offline.

    Windows repair

    1. Run the Printer troubleshooter.
    2. Restart Print Spooler or reboot.
    3. Clear stuck print jobs.
