How to get remote support (Balubet desktop app)

    Steps

    1. Open Downloads in the portal and install Balubet-IT-Support-app.
    2. Open the app and keep ID/password ready.
    3. Book or accept a remote session.
    4. Approve the agent connection prompt.
    5. Stay available until the agent finishes, then end the session.

    Safety

    • Only accept Balubet / SolveET agents.
    • Do not share passwords in chat.
    • You can disconnect anytime.
